One huge problem in America today is a total lack of common sense in the law. Any crank or person with a vendetta can sue, and some dim witted judge will hear the case. Ridiculous decision are common. Even if over turned, the damage from action is multiplied by judges who lack common sense.

Case in point… A Democrat in Ohio was booted from office after one term. He sued for “loss of livelihood” and a judge appointed by Obama has agreed to hear the case. Even if he loses, the damage is already done…and God help us if he wins.

Our judicial system is being dismantled by the geniuses who go to our most expensive universities. So the next time someone waves his sheepskin in your face, laugh in his face and tell him that piece of crap means nothing to you.
