I’m not going to get all hyper-sensitive and hypocritical. I don’t know why that word is offensive to some. It is a word with a long Spanish history. Why is that word any more offensive the Caucasian? What it does tell me is that Harry Reid is old and out of touch. I haven’t used the word “Negro” used since my grandmother died.
